VIRGINIA BEACH — Police are searching for two alleged jewelry thieves who they say broke into a Strawbridge Shopping Center store on Tuesday morning.
Police say around 3:15 a.m., two men broke a window and entered Either Ore Jewelers, located at 2165 General Booth Blvd. When they were inside, one of the men smashed display cases and the other man took jewelry from them, according to the Virginia Beach Police Department.
The alleged crime took about six minutes, and the broken window wasn’t discovered until 6:05 a.m.
One of the men was wearing a striped hoodie, while the other was wearing a blue and white sweatshirt.
Both men are described by police as being between 5-feet-eight-inches tall and six feet tall and weighing between 180 and 210 pounds.
