Police are on the lookout for the culprit responsible for stealing $2,000 in saws from a construction site.
An unidentified person, or group of people, broke into a van parked at a construction site on Teagan Court in Colonial Heritage around midnight on Sept. 10. They stole two Stihl Cutoff saws, valued at $1,000 each, according to a James City County news release.
Residential security camera footage revealed images of a truck in the area at the time of the theft. Police described the truck as a dark-colored, large frame Dodge truck with lights on top of the cab, the release stated.
