VIRGINIA BEACH – Police said they are looking for a man they believe shot another man on Sunday afternoon.

Dispatchers were notified of a shooting in the 5600 block of Summit Arch around 2:24 p.m. Responding officers found a man with life-threatening injuries at the scene. Police said the man was taken to a local hospital.
Police said they are looking for a man in connection to the shooting. The man is described as black and is believed to be driving a white sedan with out-of-state license plates – possibly New York.
