NORFOLK — A Norfolk 7-Eleven was robbed and its clerk was sexually assaulted on Saturday morning. Now police are searching for the man who did it.
Police believe the man was armed when he went into the 7-Eleven, located at 100 W. 21st St., around 5 a.m. and robbed the business of an unknown amount of money. Afterward, he took the female clerk into a back room and sexually assaulted her, according to the Norfolk Police Department.
The man is described as being in his mid 20’s, between 5’6″ and 5’8″ tall and wearing a black shirt, pants and beanie.
