NORFOLK — A 17-year-old boy was shot and killed in Norfolk Monday night and police are still looking for the shooter.
Deshawn Spencer was shot in the 1500 block of Wilson Road around 11 p.m.
First responders rushed him to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, but he was pronounced dead on arrival, according to a Norfolk Police Department news release.
