VIRGINIA BEACH – Police said they are investigating a weekend shooting after a man was hit with an arrow.
At about 8:16 p.m. on Sunday, a man was driving in the 3500 block of Chester Street when he was hit with an arrow, police said. He was taken to a nearby hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

Police said they have determined that the shooting is related to a previous incident between the man and several individuals.
