Three men were arrested after authorities say they stole $10,000 worth of car parts from a dealership in York County.
Dustin and David Arrington, 30 and 24, respectively, are each charged with five counts of grand larceny and five counts of conspiracy to commit grand larceny.
Dustin Arrington is also charged with possession of burglary tools.
A third suspect, 33-year-old Joshua D. New from Lanexa, is also charged with possession of burglary tools.
The brothers — both from Williamsburg — and New are accused of stealing the catalytic converters from Casey Toyota Scion — located next to Great Wolf Lodge in York County — on Jan. 26.
York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested the three men Monday. All three were taken to Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail but have been released.
The suspects cut the converters off cars with a Sawzall-brand saw, said Lt. Dennis Ivey, a YPSO spokesperson.
The five converters are each valued at around $2,000. None have been recovered at this time.
Ivey would not release details on how the suspects were caught.

New is scheduled to have a preliminary hearing at 8:30 a.m. Monday in York-Poquoson General District Court.
The preliminary hearings for the Arrington brothers are scheduled for 9 a.m. April 8.
