The Virginia Department of Transportation will be in the Historic Triangle on Monday for repair work on several local bridges.
Beginning Monday thorugh March 1, drivers can expect minor delays on Jamestown Road as crews conduct repairs to the bridge over Powhatan Creek.
The lane closures will alternate with flaggers in place between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. weekdays.
The James River Bridge on Route 17 will also be undergoing repairs beginning Wednesday and ending Friday.
Motorists should expect single lane closures in the northbound lanes from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. as crews work on fixing pipes.
