Drivers should expect brief delays on the James River Bridge tonight as crews from the Virginia Department of Transportation will conduct overnight test lifts starting at midnight tonight and running until 4 a.m. Friday.
Each lift is expected to last about 20 minutes, and drivers in the area should expect multiple lifts to take place during that time period, according to a VDOT news release.
