Heidi McMahon has been sentenced to three years in prison for her role in a group of people who were found to have purchased ingredients for and manufactured methamphetamine in James City and York counties throughout 2011.
McMahon, 48, pleaded guilty to being part of a group that used five locations in York and James City counties to manufacture the drug. Search warrants were served Dec. 15, 2011, which turned up significant evidence of the manufacture of the drug, according to a statement from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
A total of nine men and women were a part of the group, and McMahon was the last to be sentenced. Mitchell Jacobs was sentenced to 54 months in prison, David Black to 57 months and Sheri Black to 36 months.
York County residents Lori Dennis, 31, and Amy Savage, 44, were sentenced to 66 months and 70 months in prison, respectively. York County resident Richard Savage, 65, was sentenced to serve 70 months. Patrick Dubois, 57, was sentenced to 12 years and eight months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release. His nephew, 36-year-old Glenn Dubois, was sentenced to 16 years in prison followed by three years of supervised release.
