Ringing in the New Year at Matthew Whaley’s First Night – PHOTOS

This year’s First Night activities at Matthew Whaley Elementary School in Williamsburg – a favorite spot for young families and early celebrations – were well-attended, with several venues at the school packed with families taking in performances.
