WILLIAMSBURG — The Williamsburg Christmas Market is seeking artisans, makers, crafters and specialty vendors to showcase handcrafted products at this year’s event.
CultureFix will present the market, modeled on traditional European Christmas markets, for 15 days of shopping and holiday entertainment on Court Street, adjacent to Bicentennial Park and behind the art museums of Colonial Williamsburg.
Features this year include holiday decor, seasonal music, local food and beverages, visits with Santa, a petting zoo, a train and a selection of vendors offering holiday gifts.
“The Williamsburg Christmas Market provides a wonderful opportunity for local artisans and small businesses to connect with holiday shoppers,” said Steve Rose, president and founder of CultureFix.
Vendor spaces are limited, and applications will be reviewed by a jury. Early applications are encouraged. Craft vendors will have a wooden chalet to display their items each weekend.
The market runs Nov. 27-29, Dec. 3-6, Dec. 10-13 and Dec. 17-20. Hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursdays, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Fridays, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sundays.
Vendors can apply online. For more information, visit culture-fix.org.
