Girls are not the only ones who are allowed to go to Girl Scout camp. On Sept. 21 through Sept. 23, there will be an adult-only opportunity, Women’s Wellness Weekend Getaway, at Camp Skimino located in Williamsburg, Virginia. This event is for Girl Scout alums and friends. You don’t have to be a Girl Scout member to join in the fun and have a relaxing weekend filled with stress-free activities you can add into your life.
Being in charge of your health and wellbeing is very important and this weekend will help you do just that with yoga, mini massages and personal development activities. The weekend will also include an optional trip to the Saudé Creek Winery. While no camping adventure would be complete without being in the outdoors, guests will be able to canoe, choose to participate in rock wall climbing, and making s’mores. The fee is $70 for the entire weekend, $50 for Saturday only and the trip to Saudé Creek Winery is an added $25. The registration price goes up after Sept. 7, so register and get your spot early.
