VIRGINIA BEACH — The city’s Department of Public Health is hosting two free flu vaccination clinics later this month.
The clinics at Newtown Elementary School and Green Run High School will both be held on Saturday, Sept. 23 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The vaccines will be available to children and adults ages 3 and older. The health department asks that vaccination records, if available, accompany children between the ages of 3 and 8.
As there are 1,100 doses available, vaccinations will be administered on a first-come, first-served basis.
