Three Arrested in Yorktown for Drug-Related Crimes

Three Gloucester County residents were arrested Saturday for drug-related offenses. (York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office)

YORK COUNTY— On Saturday, April 4, 2026, at approximately 7:50 a.m., a York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office deputy observed a Ford pickup truck illegally parked in a National Park Service picnic area. The deputy made contact with the three occupants of the vehicle and, during the encounter, located and seized multiple syringes and items of drug paraphernalia containing illegal narcotics. All three individuals were arrested.

Brian William Blum, 40, of Gloucester County, was charged with two counts of possession of Schedule I/II narcotics, felonies, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanors.

Brooke Nichole Keeton, 35, of Gloucester County, was charged with three counts of possession of Schedule I/II narcotics, felonies, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanors.

Christopher Michael Davis, 37, of Gloucester County, was charged with possession of Schedule I/II narcotics, a felony.

All three are being held at the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail.
