YORK COUNTY— York County has unveiled a new commemorative “250” logo that will be used throughout 2026 as part of the nationwide America 250 celebration. The logo will appear on County materials and will temporarily replace the standard County logo to help create a unified look during the anniversary observance.
In addition to Virginia’s statewide America 250 branding already in use, York County designed their own 250th logos to reflect community identity and pride. York County’s commemorative logo was developed under this guidance and will be featured alongside the state-created logo on all major County communications. Residents will begin seeing the new design incorporated into email signatures, publications, broadcasts, social media graphics, printed materials, and other official communications over the coming weeks as departments transition to the updated branding.
The commemorative logo will remain in place throughout the America 250 observance period. At the conclusion of the anniversary year, York County will return to its traditional logo and standard branding.
