Meet Carmelo, this week’s adoptable pet.
Carmelo is a gorgeous 12-year old senior kitty. He is Heritage Humane Society’s longest term resident waiting for a family. He has been at the shelter since March 2019. He currently lives in the Heritage Humane Society cat colony room with some of the shelters other adoptable cats. If you are looking for a mellow cat who loves to lounge about and receive the occasional belly scratch, Carmelo might just be the kitty for you!
At the shelter, he loves watching the birds outside, monitoring the daily activities of the shelter in his favorite bed, and playing with string toys and catnip. He currently lives with other cats at the shelter, so he could do well with a calm cat that respects his space. Come by the Heritage Humane Society Adoption Center to meet this sweet kitty. He is looking for a loving home where he can receive all the cuddles and attention he so deserves.
