WILLIAMSBURG — The former Sal’s Restaurant & Pizzeria property on Capitol Landing Road has sold for $510,000, according to Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer, a commercial real estate services firm.
The 2,416-square-foot building at 835 Capitol Landing Road was purchased by Endian Dong and Xiuyun Chen from Deonesios Zaharopoulos, of Sal’s Ristorante Italiano for a new restaurant that has not been disclosed.
Sal’s Ristorante Italiano operated at the location for more than 20 years, according to online business listings, and was noted in customer reviews for accommodating large groups and tour traffic.
