StretchLab Celebrates Grand Opening with Ribbon Cutting

WILLIAMSBURG — StretchLab in Settler’s Market marked its grand opening on Oct. 6 with a ribbon cutting and celebration.

StretchLab offers services to help with pain relief, flexibility, range of motion, injury prevention and posture. Services are available to all ages and body types. The business offers 25 and 50-minute sessions of stretches with a flexologist to assist guests.

Terry Banez, CEO of the Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce, was there to welcome and help facilitate the ribbon cutting. Also in attendance were Director of Economic Development for James City County Christopher Johnson and Virginia Delegate Amanda Batten.

“Thanks for having us in the Williamsburg community,” said co-owner Jason Halloran. “[My wife and I] want to help the whole community understand the importance of flexibility and range of motion.”

“Both of us have had several surgeries and injuries over the years due to lack of stretching,” he added. “So our business is here not only to serve customers, but also to educate the entire community about the importance of stretching and flexibility so we can stay young and live long.”
