Midtown Row has announced another new tenant.
Great Clips, a national hair salon, is moving into Midtown Row said Brynn Jacoby, spokeswoman for landlord Broad Street Realty.
The shop will occupy a 1,000-square-foot space next to City Nails in the old Monticello Shopping Center.
The hair salon is expected to open later this year or early 2019, although an exact opening date is not yet known, Brynn said.
Great Clips, which has more than 4,000 locations across the country, signed the lease with Broad Street last week. They’re the latest tenant announced for the Midtown Row redevelopment project, joining Earth Fare, Sal’s by Victor, Ace Hardware, 9Round and Food Lion.
Great Clips currently operates a shop in Courthouse Commons center, about a mile and a half away from the new spot in Midtown Row.
