Hoyland’s culinary journey includes perfecting his skills while serving his apprenticeship at Lasserre Restaurant in Paris. Additionally, Hoyland became a semi-finalist in the prestigious Bocuse d’Or competition, which earned him the privilege of hosting a celebrated James Beard dinner.

“What sets Chef Scott’s restaurant apart is his unwavering commitment to pushing culinary boundaries while maintaining a deep respect for simplicity and traditional cooking methods. His cutting-edge style creates a dining experience that is both innovative and comforting, satisfying even the most discerning palates,” Woods continues, “Through his dishes, he pays homage to classic techniques while infusing them with a contemporary twist, resulting in a menu that surprises and excites.”

During the challenging times of the pandemic, Chef Scott redirected his focus to mastering the art of artisan bread making. Three years of experimentation and a relentless pursuit of perfection have led to outstanding results. Each loaf is meticulously handcrafted using traditional methods, ensuring a deep respect for the craft.
