WILLIAMSBURG — Housing Partnerships, Inc. (HPI), a local nonprofit, has rescheduled  Williamsburg’s First Annual Food Truck Festival at The Williamsburg Community Building Lawn on June 4, including live music from Good Shot Judy.

The festival has scheduled four different food trucks: Legendary Provision, Hungry Hungry Arrow, Big Wife’s Mac-N-Cheese, Ale’s and Pepe’s Latin Route, Carmen’s Jamaican Cuisine and Lodschgi-The Taste of Germany.

HPI strongly recommends buying tickets in advance. VIP Tickets are $10. General admission tickets are $5. VIP Gates open at noon, and the general admission gate opens at 12:30 p.m.

The Food Truck Festival is described as a family-friendly event. Admission allows access into the festival and concert, while food, beer, wine, soda, and water are all sold separately. No outside food or drinks are allowed.

Guests are encouraged to bring chairs, blankets, etc. as chairs and tables are not provided.

Executive Director of Housing Partnerships, Inc. Brandie Weiler, said, “We are very excited to have this small-scale fundraiser this spring… This event will grow as we continue to do this yearly, adding more food trucks next year, so stay tuned.”

All proceeds will go directly back into Housing Partnerships, an emergency home repair program serving low- to moderate-income level families in the Historic Triangle. Services are done pro-bono to the families.
