WILLIAMSBURG — Saladworks will open its first Williamsburg location in Merchants Square in Colonial Williamsburg (CW) on Monday, March 21.
Located at 110 North Henry Street, the former location of Hair of the DoG Bottle Shop, the “quick casual”-style restaurant will offer roughly 12 signature salads as well as create-your-own salads with a wide range of over 60 fresh ingredients, including a base of greens, grains or a combination of both.
Saladworks Williamsburg is locally-owned and -operated by husband-and-wife duo, April and Shaun Coleman.
“We are excited about being the first Saladworks to open in Williamsburg,” April Coleman said. “This business isn’t just about us. Our goal is to bring the community we love a quick, healthy dining option. We’re a family-owned business, and we want our Saladworks to be a place that Williamsburg can come to rely on for a nutritious meal and a safe, welcoming atmosphere.”
The new restaurant, which will be open for lunch and dinner, offers online ordering and delivery through services, such as Uber Eats, GrubHub and Door Dash.
Saladworks also offers a rewards program for guests, as well as off-premise catering for customers.
Founded in 1986, Saladworks operates in 165 locations across 25 states and two countries.
