Saladworks to Open in Merchants Square in March

WILLIAMSBURG — Saladworks is set to open its new location in Merchants Square in March.

The family-owned business announced in a Saturday, Jan. 29 Facebook post that there will be a grand opening the first week of March.

Saladworks will open at 110 N. Henry Street in Merchants Square in the former location of Hair of the DoG Bottle Shop. 

Owners April and Shaun Coleman will offer a healthy option to the community.

Located directly behind DoG Street Pub and diagonal from Lululemon, the “quick casual”-style restaurant will offer roughly 12 signature salads as well as create-your-own salads with over 60 fresh ingredients that are prepared daily.

The menu will feature multiple proteins to choose from, including chicken, steak and tofu, as well as a variety of cheeses. It will also offer paninis and wraps. 

There are currently four other Saladworks locations in Virginia in Chesapeake, Virginia Beach and Richmond.
