WILLIAMSBURG — On Saturday, Sept. 11, the Kiwanis Club of Williamsburg is holding its 41st Shrimp Feast to benefit local organizations.

This year’s annual fundraising event will be held for the first time at Jamestown Settlement, allowing for greater ease of ticket sales and convenient parking.

The event will feature all-you-can-eat shrimp along with sides. Adult beverages will be available for purchase to include a special brew from Kiwanis Club of Williamsburg community partner and sponsor Virginia Beer Company, Shrimpin’ Ain’t Easy. Area-favorite band, Good Shot Judy, will perform and a special tribute for the twentieth anniversary of the events that occurred on Sept. 11, 2001 will be observed.

Proceeds from the event will go to: Bacon Street Youth and Family Services, Meals on Wheels, and the Williamsburg Regional Library Kiwanis Kids Idea Studio.
