Get ready for some barrels of brews as the Greater Williamsburg Chamber & Tourism Alliance hosts its 43rd annual Oktoberfest Thursday at Anheuser-Busch Brewery.
According to a news release from the Alliance, the event, which will run from 6 to 9 p.m. will feature 30 different beers made locally in Williamsburg.
Tickets are now on sale for $40 and will include games, amusements, dinner and live music from Snackbar Jones, a pop group from Virginia Beach.
The ticket also will also enter guests in a chance to win a variety of door prizes donated by Alliance member businesses, which will awarded throughout the evening. One lucky attendee will win a grand prize of $2,000 from 1st Advantage Federal Credit Union. Ticketholders must be present to win prizes.
The event is for adults ages 21 and older. Tickets must be purchased in advance; none will be sold at the gate. Order tickets online at williamsburgcc.com or by calling the Alliance at 757-229-6511.
