VIRGINIA BEACH — Westbound traffic near the intersection of Virginia Beach Boulevard and Byrd Lane is temporarily being choked as the city performs emergency repairs to the area.
The city has reduced traffic flow from five lanes to three while it works on a water main there, according to a media release.
The repairs are expected to be completed by completed by 3 p.m.
