PechaKucha Night – September 20

PechaKuchaPechaKucha Night is an evening of storytelling under the Plein Air Tent in Merchants Square in front of the William & Mary Bookstore.  From 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. 20 storytellers will synchronize the telling of their stories with the changing of 20 images, shown on a screen for just 20 seconds each.   Mesmerizing to watch, the original stories alternate between surprising, marvelous, intellectual, inspirational, touching, humorous … a must-see to believe.

PechaKucha 20×20 is an international storytelling phenomenon that originated in Japan, and is open to any imaginable topic.

Free and open to the public.  Bring your folding chairs and your curiosity.  Evening picnics welcome.
