Event: Child Development Resources (CDR) Superhero 5K

CDR announces its Superhero 5K Saturday, Aug. 9. Racers of all ages are invited to walk or run dressed as their favorite superhero. The run is a Colonial Road Runners Grand Prix event unlike any other, featuring Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream, activities for young children, great T-shirts and a 1-mile fun run.
