The Williamsburg Bar Association, the William & Mary Law School and the Williamsburg-James City County Community Action Agency are offering a legal clinic in early February for people who qualify.
These services will be provided from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Feb. 2 at the Historic Triangle Center on Waller Mill Road.
The clinic will provide the following legal services:
- uncontested divorce
- landlord/tenant and real property
- employment law
- immigration law
- child custody and support
- consumer law, will/estate law
- bankruptcy
- Medicaid
- protective orders
- social security
- wills and estate planning
- restoration of driving privileges
- restoration of civil rights
- domestic relations
- voting rights
