WILLIAMSBURG — After posting outstanding efforts both in the gym and in the classroom, 16 William & Mary women’s gymnasts were honored as Scholastic All-Americans by the Women’s Collegiate Gymnastics Association (WCGA).
The Tribe gymnasts honored include: Michelle Ngo, Sarah Kuper, Anne Marie Kuebler, Brynn Vetrano, Caroline Blatchford, Sofia Huang, Sarah Wozniak, Sophie Chandler, Grace Costello, Catherine Bare, Avery Bernier, Lily Walker, Ascha Laird, Katelyn Nels, Melanie Faulkner and Summer Penzi.
As a team, W&M posted a 3.69 GPA during the 2023-24 academic year, which ranked 19th in the nation. The Tribe has ranked among the top 20 two consecutive years.
During the last 12 years, Tribe gymnasts have combined to earn 138 NACGC Scholastic All-America honors.
