WILLIAMSBURG — After posting tremendous seasons, five William & Mary women’s gymnasts earned all-league honors by the Gymnastics East Conference (GEC).
Sarah Kuper (vault), Caroline Blatchford (bars), Madeline Frazier (beam), Grace Costello (beam) and Michelle Ngo (floor) all earned second-team honors.
Gymnasts who finished the regular season ranked among the league’s top six earned first-team accolades, while those ranked No. 7-12 were named to the second team, including all ties.
W&M will compete at the GEC Championship hosted by Yale on Saturday afternoon.
The Tribe will compete in the first session (noon) with Bridgeport, Cornell and Southern Connecticut State. The second session, which will get underway at 6 p.m., will feature Brown, Penn, West Chester and Yale. Tickets for the Championship are available at YaleBulldogs.com.
