WILLIAMSBURG — William & Mary Director of Gymnastics Mike Powell has announced the men’s team’s 2024 schedule. The exciting slate will feature nine regular season competitions, highlighted by a home dual meet against Navy at Kaplan Arena.
Following the Green & Gold intrasquad on Dec. 8, the Tribe’s competitive season will begin with a trip to the West Point Open on Jan. 12-13.
After competing at the Navy Open on Jan. 20, W&M will return to Annapolis, Md., for a dual meet with the Mids the following weekend (Jan. 27).
The Tribe opens February with a trip to Springfield for a dual meet on Feb. 11 before competing against California in a virtual meet at Williamsburg Gymnastics on Feb. 18.
Selected gymnasts may be invited to the Winter Cup, which is slated for Feb. 24-25.
W&M will begin March with a weekend trip to the Midwest for a tri meet at Illinois (with Simpson) on March 1 and a dual meet at Greenville on March 2.
After a tri meet at Army (with Springfield) on March 9, W&M will conclude its regular-season slate when it hosts Navy at Kaplan Arena on March 16.
W&M will look to qualify for the NCAA Championships, which will be hosted by Ohio State on April 19-20.
