Jan Schweitzer scored a pair of goals as Williamsburg Christian Academy wrapped up its regular season with its seventh victory in a row, 5-0, over Denbigh Baptist Christian School on Thursday.
Michael Enz opened the scoring less than a minute into regulation and the Eagles (13-3-2, 10-1-1 Metro Conference) never looked back. Sweitzer added his first goal of the evening to put WCA ahead 2-0 at the half.
Sweitzer, Reilly Busching and Michael Duncan, on a booming shot from 25 yards out, all scored during the final 40 minutes. Cole Cristian, Paul Cordle, Chris Jeffers and Will Gibson also finished with one assist apiece.
Gibson and Cordle also highlighted a strong performance in the back along with goalkeeper Luke Pfeifer, who finished with three saves to net his 13th shutout of the season.
The Eagles will begin Metro Conference tournament play on Tuesday.
