Highlighted by running back Jahlil Green, who was voted Offensive Player of the Year, and linebacker Schekel Wallace, who was named Defensive Player of the Year, Lafayette High dominated the inaugural All-Colonial Rivers Conference 25 football team with 10 players earning first team honors.

Green, who has more than 1,700 rushing yards and 28 touchdowns on the season, was joined by offensive lineman Coleman Goad and Tyler New and wide receiver Brandon Villanueva-Pernell on the offensive first team.

Green also joined Wallace on the defensive first team along with defensive end Blake Guminsky, linebacker Darren Patton and Matt Hummel.

Other local players to earn first-team honors on offense were Warhill star Devonte Dedmon, Poquoson running back Grayson Boyce, Warhill lineman Bryce Johnston and Poquoson lineman Riley Howell.

Local representatives on the defensive first team were York lineman Darius Reynolds and linebacker Marcus Wakelyn.

Lafayette coach Andy Linn, who has led the Rams to an 11-0 record and home field advantage throughout the playoffs — they host Warren County in the second round of the postseason this Friday —  was also named Coach of the Year.

Below is the entire all-conference team.

Offensive Player of the Year: Jahlil Green, Lafayette
Defensive Player of the Year:
