WILLIAMSBURG — Despite challenges from the weather, work progressed on the City of Williamsburg’s second commissioned mural at Midtown Row during the long Memorial Day weekend.
The mural, by North Carolina-based visual artist Britt Flood, is being installed on the exterior of the Food Lion, located at 1242 Richmond Road, next to the mural “Papilio Glaucus,” which artist Silas Baker completed in October and was officially unveiled on Nov. 17.
