WILLIAMSBURG — The Heritage Humane Society (HHS) had beautiful artwork donated by the artist to put on the walls of its newly expanded facility.

The colorful portraits of cats and dogs made and donated by Williamsburg artist Carolee Vitaletti will soon add some color to the inside of HHS, which located at 430 Waller Mill Rd.

In December 2021, HHS cut the ribbon on the $1.8 million expansion that added 2,550 square feet of breathing room to the facility.

Anyone who would like to take one of the prints home for their own collection, while helping shelter animals in the process, is encouraged to stop by or call the HHS front desk at (757) 221-0150.
