Blaine Russell, 39, passed away unexpectedly on August 12, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of laughter, music, friends and cherished memories. He was truly one of a kind. Outgoing, free-spirited, and never one to meet a stranger, he had a way of making everyone around him feel welcome.
Blaine could put a smile on your face without even trying. His personality was unforgettable, his sense of humor was unique, and if you knew Blaine, you probably had a nickname—and a story or two to tell about him.
Blaine lived life in his own way. He was different in the best possible way; someone you could never replace and would never forget. He had a way of turning ordinary moments into memories that people will carry with them forever. His laughter, jokes, stories, and big personality brought joy to so many people.
In his spare time, Blaine loved music and going to concerts. One of his favorite artists was Billy Strings. Music was a big part of his life, and the concerts and memories he made while enjoying the music he loved will always be cherished by those who knew him.
Above all else, Blaine was a devoted dad to his son, Keller, who held a very special place in his heart. His greatest legacy will always be the love he gave to Keller and the memories they shared together.
Blaine leaves behind his son, Keller; his parents Karen, and Larry (Pops); his sister, Arika (Ka-Ka), and brother-in-law, Davey; his beloved nieces, Kaidence, Sky, Cora, and Cali, and a very special person, Cary; along with many close family members and friends who loved him dearly.
Blaine was an Eagle Scout and proud of his work at Vortex, where he worked as a metal fabricator. He truly loved his job and the coworkers who became an important part of his life. His dedication, friendships, and the memories he made there were another meaningful part of who he was.
His life was tragically taken far too soon, leaving behind heartbreak for all who knew and loved him. But Blaine would want to be remembered for the life he lived—not simply the way it ended. Remember him for the laughter, the crazy moments, the nicknames, the music, the concerts, the stories, and the smiles he brought wherever he went.
There will never be another Blaine. He was truly special. His smile, his laughter, his spirit, and his love will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever remembered.
