Robert “Sonny” Burt Dishman, 83, of Lanexa, Virginia went to be with the Lord on July 10, 2026.
Sonny was well known in the community for lending a helping hand to anyone in need. He was the person to call when something needed fixing. He was always willing to serve others, sharing his time and knowledge with those around him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Velma Dishman; two sons, Keith Dishman, and Wayne Dishman (Karen); and his four grandchildren.
In honor of Sonny’s wishes, there will be no formal services.
