Toby K. Wellington, 83, passed away on Monday, July 6, 2026.
“TK”, as she was affectionately known, is survived by her husband of 65 years, Roy T. Wellington, Jr.; her son, John T. Wellington (Sharon) and her daughter, Stacey W. Wenzel (Darrel); her grandchildren, Matt J. Wenzel, Noah J. Wenzel, And Hannah L. Root (Matthew), Josh Caldwell (Mary Ann) and Cliff Caldwell.
She is also survived by her brothers, James Rice Nipper (Melanie), Dougie Kincaid (Diana), and sisters, Lisa Parsons and Dana Jackson (Gary) and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Tressa Mae Nipper and brother, Lynn Kincaid.
At her request, services will be private. Condolences may be sent to the home of her daughter, Stacey Wenzel, 206 Mount Vernon Drive, Yorktown, VA 23693.
