Johnny Ray Barneycastle, 69, of Charles City, Virginia, passed away on June 20, 2026.
Johnny was preceded in death by his parents, Billy and Barbara Barneycastle; and his sister in law, Catrinia Barneycastle.
In his free time, Johnny was an avid freshwater fisherman, enjoying much of his time out on the water. He was also a talented pool player, receiving many awards and recognition for the game.
He is survived by his devoted brother, Harold Barneycastle; nieces, Rebecca Hall and Amanda Johnson; and his great-nephew, Zachary Barneycastle.
A funeral service will be held 1:30 PM Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at Vincent Funeral Home, 9923 Pocahontas Trail, Providence Forge VA, 23140. Interment will follow at Washington Memorial Park, 6217 Memorial Dr, Sandston VA, 23150.
