Marilyn La Salle, a beautiful soul who graced this world with her presence, passed away on April 17, 2026, in Carrollton, VA, at the age of 92. Born on May 20, 1933, in Bronx, NY, Marilyn lived a life filled with love, laughter, and creativity.

A retired retail associate, Marilyn was known for her impeccable sense of fashion and her love for dressing up. Her artistic flair extended beyond clothing; she had a passion for arts and crafts and was renowned for her immaculate present-wrapping skills. Marilyn had a knack for quoting others, often bringing joy and wisdom to those around her with her well-timed words.

In her leisure time, Marilyn enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, such as playing computer games, watching television, and was an avid reader. Her interests were diverse, yet each reflected her vibrant personality and zest for life.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Konstantinos and Ada Chaconas, and her devoted husband, Carmelo La Salle. She leaves behind a legacy of love through her surviving family: her cherished son, Robert La Salle, and his wife, Anna; her adored grandchildren, Nicholas and Natasha; and her precious great-grandchildren, Nicholas (affectionately known as Teddy), Anastasia, and Katarine. She is also survived by her dear sister-in-law, Irene Nin.

Marilyn will be laid to rest next to her husband at Woodlawn Cemetery in Bronx, NY, where she will find eternal peace. Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

May her beautiful spirit continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to have been touched by her presence.
