Barbara England Hayes, 85, of Charles City VA, passed away Sunday November 9th, 2025.
Barbara was a long-time member of Memorial United Methodist Church and the New Kent Women’s Club. She was also a long-time member of the Charles City electoral board and the Charles City Fair committee. She loved cooking and spending time with her family.
Barbara was preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, Donald Earl Hayes. She is survived by her daughter, Kim Moyer (Kevin); her son, Phil Hayes; two sisters, Patricia Schelhorn and Phyllis Penn (Bill); and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
