Donald Ray Moore Sr., 87, of Williamsburg Virginia went to be with the Lord on July 25, 2024.
He was born in Poquoson Virginia to Jesse Lee Moore and Lucille Tabb Moore.
Donald was an army veteran and a Deacon at Dandy Baptist Church in Yorktown, Virginia. He was well known as the owner of Moore’s Starter and Alternator Repair in Grafton, Virginia.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Patsy Anne Moore, his two sons Donald Ray Moore Jr. and his wife, Michele Moore; David Lee Moore and his wife Carol Moore. He had eight grandchildren; Rachel Riley, Steven Moore, Jessica Thomas, Derrick Moore, Jeremy Moore, Trudi Velez, Danielle Moore and Mark Ireland, V. He had 14 great grandchildren.
Donald is preceded in death by his siblings, Alma Messick, Joyce Harris, Dorothy Lee Hamilton, Gerald Fay Moore and Mary Lou Hux.
