Windell ”Terry” Isgett, Sr., 79 of Providence Forge, VA., passed away of Monday, July 22, 2024, with loved ones near.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilbur and Mary Lou Inge Isgett and a brother Bud Isgett.

He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years Anita Carol Isgett, 2 sons, Wendell Terry “Peter” Isgett, Jr., (Chemagne) and Wyatt Isgett (Laura), also children gained by his marriage to Anita, Tracey Wrote, Gary Bricker, Teresa Doyle and Curtis Bricker. He is also survived by a granddaughter, Kassie Lee Isgett and great grandson, Brantley Crewe Isgett, his brothers, Wimpy Isgett (Shirley) and Kim Isgett (Darlene) and several nieces, nephews, cousin and devoted friends.

Terry proudly served his country in the United States Army and was the owner and operator of American Painting Contractors for over 49 years. He was a member of the Richmond Corvette Club, he enjoyed NASCAR, loved attending Antique and Classic Car Shows, military history especially the Civil War. He loved traveling, and he was passionate about animals and rescued many over the years.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Thursday, July 25, 2024, at the Providence United Methodist Church 4001 New Kent Hwy, Quinton, VA 23141, where the family will receive friends one hour prior to services. The burial will follow in the church cemetery.
