Nenita Silverstre Phelps, born on August 28, 1953, in the Philippines, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2024, in Virginia Beach, Virginia, at the age of 70.
Nenita’s life was defined by her unwavering dedication to her family. As a devoted homemaker, she created a warm and nurturing home, ensuring that love and kindness were ever-present. Her strength and grace were the foundations upon which her family thrived, and her legacy will continue to inspire those who knew and loved her.
Nenita is survived by her loving husband, Jeffrey; her beloved children, son Joel (Rachelle) and daughter Noreen; and her cherished grandchildren, Jersey, Jaydem, Braden, Preston, Lilly, and Parker. She is also lovingly remembered by her siblings Alfredo (Claire), Florita, and Rosario. Nenita’s spirit will live on in the hearts and memories of her family and friends.
