Lawrence K. Brown, 79, of Williamsburg, Va. passed away on Thursday, May 24, 2024. He was born to the late George and Kitty Brown on March 28, 1945.
Lawrence enjoyed fast cars, boats, and spending time within his community. Lawrence was a generous man who had a passion for assisting charities in their missions. He was a long-time member of the New Canaan Community Foundation and a member of The Williamsburg Foundation. He enjoyed taking individuals on errands and to and from their appointments. Lawrence also supported United Way every opportunity he could. He had a heart for the community and will be greatly missed.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Jill Brown; sons, Lawrence K. Brown, Jr. (Lisa) and Geoffrey S. Brown; grandchildren, Samatha G. Brown, Willem A. Brown, Nadia L. Brown, and Mark W. Brown; sisters, Sally Brown and Louise Brown Smith; and other loving family member, Kitty M. Dalton.
A gathering will be held from 6:00pm-7:30pm on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at Bucktrout Funeral Home, 4124 Ironbound Rd. Williamsburg, Va.
