Tyler Blake Washburn, 34 of Virginia Beach, VA passed away on April 23, 2024. He was born December 1, 1989, in Virginia Beach.
He was a lifelong resident of the oceanfront, and he enjoyed all that the beach had to offer. He graduated from First Colonial HS and was employed for several years at Zero’s Sub Shop.
Tyler is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Anna Gunter Nichols; maternal step-grandfather, Fred E. Nichols; Paternal grandfather, Arnold Willis Washburn
Tyler is survived by his parents, Keith and Pamella Joyce Washburn. His brothers, Ryan Washburn (Nicole Barrineau); Evan Washburn (Savannah Jones); Paternal Grandmother, Patsye Edwards Washburn; Nephews, Landon Washburn, Jaxson Washburn; Nieces, Natalie Barrineau, Gabriella Washburn. All from Virginia Beach. Uncles Kevin Washburn (Delores), San Diego, CA; Kelly Washburn, Virginia Beach. Aunt Sandra J. Keeran from Ridgeway, VA; Cousins, Ashleigh Keeran, Ridgeway, VA; Trae Washburn (Nicole), San Diego, CA; Shaelyn Washburn, San Diego, CA; Cadence and Maverick Washburn, San Diego, CA; Hudson Keeran, Ridgeway, VA.
Visitation will be 5-8:00pm, Friday, May 3 at Altmeyer Funeral Home-Maestas Chapel
Funeral services will be held at 10:00am, Saturday, May 4 at Altmeyer Funeral Home-Maestas Chapel with the celebrant Keith Worrell officiating. Burial will follow at Eastern Shore Chapel Cemetery. Arrangements are made by Altmeyer Funeral Home and Crematory Maestas Chapel.
