Camilla “Millie” Penrod Eggleston, 73, of Williamsburg, passed away on January 17, 2024.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles Eggleston; and her parents, Wayne and Pauline (Dunn) Penrod.
Millie was a 1968 graduate of James Blair High School who later got her accounting degree at Thomas Nelson. This would lead her on to become self-employed as an accountant. She attended Jamestown Presbyterian Church.
Millie is survived by her sons, Shawn Patrick Eggleston (Heather) and Johnny William Crow (Misty); her daughters, Colleen E. Sticken, Kathleen E. Raska, and Michelle Lynne Smith (Ronald Jr.); and Millie was loved by all of her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and granddoggies.
A service will be held Thursday, January 25, 2024 at 2 p.m. at Jamestown Presbyterian Church, 3287 Ironbound Rd, Williamsburg, Virginia.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that if you feel moved to consider a contribution to Colonial CASA in Millie’s memory. The family would like to express their gratitude to Tom and Sue Huddleston, who provided treasured care and companionship to Millie.
