Monteen “Montie” Brown, 82, of Aylett VA, went to be with her Lord and Savior December 11, 2023.
Montie was an interim administrator for long term care facilities for a majority of her life. She was a loving mother who enjoyed cooking, flowers and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Montie is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Goodman; her son, Jeff Goodman; her daughter-in-law, Laura Goodman; five grandchildren, Kirstin Goodman, Cassie Wetmore, Hunter Goodman, Hayden Goodman and Emily Goodman; three great-grandchildren, Jackson Goodman, Caroline Goodman and Danica Wetmore; and many dear friends.
A private family burial will take place at a later date in Holly Hill Memorial Park, Middleburg FL.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude’s Children hospital.
